Kicking off summer with beautiful before and afters!

Well hello! Welcome to the before and after link up for June! If you are new here, this is a way for bloggers to share some of their best projects of late, so if you blog be sure to add a link! And if you're a reader, this post is full of inspirational projects (check them all out at the end of the post).

But first, I like to share some of my favorites linked up from the month before. I'm always impressed with what you all share!

Stacy's built in bar area is SO cool! I just love it -- that mirrored tile might be too much for a bigger space but here it's perfection:

And you have to see where she got her herringbone wood countertop -- I had no idea this was there! I'm picking it up for SOMETHING...it's gorgeous. 

Jennifer's house is so full of color and so put together. They have been in their home for ten years and she shared the before and afters of each space (you KNOW I love those posts!). Her breakfast nook has always been one of my favorites:

I love those brick floors!

Liz's attic renovation really struck me -- the beams are amazing. And that exposed brick! I just love spaces like this:

I have to laugh because I looked through the links last night and found this photo -- and then had a dream where we had an attic that I had just discovered (love how that happens in my dreams) and it was AMAZING with tons of exposed brick. Problem was there were about 15 people living up there that we didn't know about and we couldn't get them to leave. 😂 So weird!! Why do good decor dreams have to be ruined by stress? ;) 

April made this concrete dining table for friends and WOW, it is a stunner: 

I love the mix of the rustic wood with the modern design and concrete. She includes step-by-step instructions for this build.

Daune's front porch dressed up for summer had me drooling...I mean, just look at it!:

Love the blue shutters, the pretty lights and all the plants in rustic containers. That door! Check out the rest of her pretty porch at the link.

I'm a sucker for a crisp white mudroom and Melissa's new mudroom is no different:

All that storage, AND penny tile? Love it.
